The service

Tootler is operated by Byteoski Devs. These terms cover use of our website, waitlist, and app when available. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Tootler is preparing for launch. Joining the waitlist requests launch information; it does not guarantee a launch date, access date, feature set, or exam outcome. App screenshots show the current build, not a live service or an exact promise of the final interface.

Educational use, not exam guarantees

Tootler is an independent study companion. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by UPSC or any government body. Content is for study and general information, not professional advice. No selection, score, or improvement is guaranteed.

Summaries, quizzes, and study material can contain errors or become outdated. Check original sources and official exam information before relying on them. Tootler complements rather than replaces your study material and judgment.

Your account

Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Keep login codes and account access secure. Do not impersonate another person, share access without authorisation, or attempt to access other users’ information. Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tootler unlawfully, abuse other users, disrupt the service, bypass security measures, or upload material you are not entitled to share. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for respecting the rights of others.

Content and third-party sources

Tootler’s branding and original service content belong to Byteoski Devs or their respective rights holders. Linked articles and third-party material remain the property of their owners. Source links are provided for context, not as an endorsement or a transfer of rights. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.

If you believe content infringes your rights or contains a material error, contact support@tootler.ai with the content link and details.

Pricing and availability

Joining the waitlist does not require payment. Launch pricing has not been announced. If paid features are introduced, prices and applicable payment or cancellation conditions must be shown before a purchase. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You can request account and associated data deletion through our deletion page. Removing the app from your device does not by itself delete your account.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. They do not create an exam-performance warranty or a guarantee of uninterrupted service.
