Delete account & data
You can request deletion of your Tootler account without reinstalling the app. This page is provided by Byteoski Devs, the operator of Tootler.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
How to request deletion
- Email support@tootler.ai from the address associated with your Tootler account.
- Use the subject “Delete my Tootler account” and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
- If you cannot access that email address, explain this to support. We may ask for information to verify ownership before deleting the account.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address and subject above into your email service. Opening an email draft does not send a request; you need to send it.
What is deleted
Deletion covers your account and associated personal data, including profile and exam preferences, reading progress and annotations, quiz answers and scores, revision records, streaks, device associations, and identifiable analytics records connected to your account.
Retention and timing
Byteoski Devs’ policy is to retain account data until you delete your account, and to delete it immediately when account deletion is completed. An email request first needs to be received and, where necessary, ownership verified. A request is not confirmation that deletion has already occurred.
Ask support to confirm completion. Deletion removes the account’s stored study history; you will not be able to recover that history through the account. Uninstalling Tootler or signing out does not delete account data.
Tootler is preparing for launch. This email route is the current public deletion-request method. Do not rely on a “Delete Account” message in a preview build as proof that your data was deleted; obtain confirmation from support.
Only joined the waitlist?
To remove your waitlist name and email instead, email support@tootler.ai with the subject “Remove me from the Tootler waitlist”. You do not need an app account to make this request.
